It has been decided to hold next AGM of SANTOBA through virtual platform i.e. Zoom meeting on Saturday, 25th September, 2021.
All Members of SANTOBA are cordially requested to attend the AGM.

Agenda items:
1. Two minutes silence to pay tribute to departed souls.
2. Confirmation of last AGM minutes
3.Approval of Accounts of SANTOBA.
4. Thanking all Tilaiyans for their generous contributions.
5. Extension of tenure of current Governing body as it is difficult to hold online elections.
6. Briefly .. thanking MC as well as all others for supporting the initiatives taken on ground by Santoba volunteers during recent Pandemic wave.
7. Plans for next year Diamond Jubilee.. can we make one group
8. Any other item with the permission of President.
