In compliance with the law of the land and SANTOBA’s Memorandum of Association (MoA), an Annual General Meeting of all Members is held in New Delhi every year, mostly in the month of July, to assess the working of the Alumni Body as well as to chart out its future course of action.
The AGM is also tasked with the responsibility of electing Office-Bearers of SANTOBA’s Managing Committee from time to time so that it continues to function smoothly and without any hindrances.
