The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of SANTOBA will be held as per the schedule mentioned above. All Tilaiyans are cordially invited to attend the AGM.

Col. K.K. Sinha (Retd.) (1965 batch, School Number 242, Nalanda) has kindly consented to be the Chief Election Officer for the conduct of elections, being held on the completion of three years of the present Managing Committee.
All interested may please file their nominations with Col. Sinha in the prescribed Nomination Form either by email or by post.
In case nominations are not received for the above posts, nominations can be filed on the spot with the Election Officer on the day of AGM.

All LIFE MEMBERS of SANTOBA are eligible to contest the elections, provided their Nominations are proposed and seconded by one SANTOBA Member each.
In case a Tilaiyan wishes to contest the Elections and he is not a Life Member of SANTOBA, he can become a Life Member of the Association on the spot by making the payment of One-Time Membership Fee of Rs 5000/- by cheque on the day of the AGM.
